Despite all the explanations and assurances I was given about coverage and pricing, my insurance premium was increased by about $100 after only six months, with no clear or reasonable explanation.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty. What was presented as a straightforward and trustworthy process ended up feeling misleading and disappointing. I would strongly caution others to review everything very carefully and not rely solely on what is being explained, as the actual outcome may be very different."
